Due to issues with group members not being present and scheduling conflicts with cast members during the October half term, we did not manage to film on our two dates set for Sunday the 1st of November and October 23rd. However, in order to make up for this wasted opportunity, we have set our filming dates to the weekend of this week, capturing the bulk of the footage on Saturday the 7th of November and extra footage the following day.
This will help to keep us on track with filming and improve the time management where it lacked over the holiday. Before we shoot we will conduct a risk assessment and fill out a call sheet with all the details for the shoot in order to manage our time effectively and make sure we capture all the footage we need, eliminating the risk of forgetting to shoot particular shots and having to shoot again.
