What was your role during the shoot?
- My role during the shoot was primarily to act. I essentially had to lie down on the bed whilst Tom captured a variety of shots with me occasionally changing position.
- This shoot was not very long as we were limited to around 2 hours meaning only a few shots were captured that we planned.
Which shots were less successful or problematic? Why was this?
- Almost all of the shots we captured proved problematic due to the lighting in Harry's bedroom
- The result of the shots we took were grainy and generally lacked quality. Specifically the shots facing away from the window were flawed in this way.
What other challenges did you encounter and how did you respond to them?
- We struggled with the space available in Harry's bedroom to capture the shots we had initially planned for the shoot. This proved challenging to overcome, as the issue was almost impossible to change.
How did you develop your ideas for the digipak and advert on the shoot?
- Since this shoot was in a basic location we couldn't capture any visually striking images for our digipak and advert.
- We discussed as a group, that it would be better to capture potential Digipak designs in later shoots.
