Brighton Stills
Reflection on Shoot
On the 16th September 2015, we went to Brighton to film a preliminary music video approximately 2 minutes long. When planning the shoot beforehand, we established a list of shots we had to include in our music video, which were:Reflection on Shoot

Strengths
- We all agreed the strongest outcome of the reccie was the stylish, artistic shots we gathered from areas around Brighton. This is evident through the above images, where we utilised the graffiti art along Kensington Lane in order to add an artistic theme to our final video, which was accented well by the imitative beat of 'Daffodils' by Mark Ronson.
- Another strength was our planning and time management throughout the day. We made use of all the available time at our disposal, which ultimately enabled us to maximise our potential, in terms of shot quality and diversity
- We also were lucky with the good weather in Brighton on that particular day. The sunny weather matched the upbeat song.
- We were disappointed with the lack of storyline or narrative in the video. To improve upon this in the future, we will alter the style of editing to prevent an excess of montage.
- Due to navigational issues, we were not able to film in as many locations as we wanted.
